Party Perfect Rentals, LLC has a 2 million dollar per incident 2 million dollar aggregate liability insurance policy. We are always happy to provide certificate of insurance upon request


Do you require a deposit?

A 50% non refundable deposit is due at the time your event is booked and the balance is due no later than the day of your event upon our arrival. Special payment plans are available for schools and other non- profit organizations. We accept cash, checks, money orders and all major credit cards.


Do the rides and equipment need electricity?

Yes. All rides and most of our equipment require electricity to run. All of our equipment runs on 20 amp 110 volt electricity. If you are renting a ride or inflatable, each one needs its own dedicated circuit. In other words, it needs to be plugged in to an outlet that doesn't have anything else plugged in to it. All equipment needs to be within 50 to 100 feet of the power source. Party Perfect Rentals assumes no responsibility for customer’s insufficent power. If you don’t have sufficent power to run your equipment, we can provide generators for an additional fee. If you chose to rent generator(s) from us, we will take full responsibility for power.


Does your equipment come with attendants?

All of our mechanical rides come with attendants to operate the equipment.
The inflatables can be operated by your own attendant/volunteer, or our staff can be added to supervise the inflatables for an additional charge. If you choose to provide your own attendant, they must be of age (16 years old) and trained by our employees upon delivery.
All of our games, fun foods, and most of our crafts can be operated by your own attendants/volunteers, or our staff can be added to supervise games, fun foods or crafts for an additional charge.


What is your weather cancellation policy?

In the week leading up to your event we will provide you with a weather cut off time. As long as you contact us prior to the cut off time, we will be happy to reschedule your event. In the event that your equipment is no longer available on your new date, we will substitute it for the most similar item we do have available. Guaranteed rain dates are available at an additional 50% fee (rain date insurance). Deposits are non refundable, but are transferable to a future event within 1 year. If you decide to cancel after the weather cut off time, payment will be due in full. Party Perfect Rentals reserves the right to cancel your event in advance due to unsafe weather conditions. If we cancel your event in advance, you can either reschedule your event or receive a full refund. We also may have to temporarily shut down and /or cut services short during your event if at any time weather conditions are not conducive to operating the ride or equipment. Full payment is still due if we have to temporarily shut down or cut services short.

What is your pick up and return policy?

Pickup Time and Date: Pickups for weekend events are on Friday between 10am-2pm. Events on weekdays can be picked up the day before between 10am-2pm Customers will need to check in with the front desk before pick up.

Vehicle Requirements: Customers must ensure that their vehicle is suitable for transporting the rented items. Measurements for items can be found on our website.

Return Time and Date: Returns for weekend events are on Mondays between 10am-2pm Events on weekdays can be returned the day after between 10am-2pm Late returns may result in additional charges. Customers will need to let the front office know you are returning the items before you bring the items to the warehouse so we can mark you as returned.

Extension and Cancellation Policies: Customers should be aware of the company's policies regarding extending the rental period or canceling reservations.

Orders booked 7 days or less then event date payment will be due in full along with the signed contract.
